This space is both a beginning and a continuation—a place to explore grief as a tender teacher, not something to “fix.” The Embodied Grief Journey™ grew from my work as a grief educator, somatic anxiety coach, and breathwork and movement coach, as well as a lifelong learner.
Here, you’ll find reflections, embodied grief practices, and resources that honor the full experience of grief—body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit.
