Sliding Scale Pricing
At The Embodied Grief Journey™, we believe grief coaching and somatic support should be accessible to all. Our trauma-informed grief sessions are available on a sliding scale with three tiers:

  • Standard Rate – A balanced option for those with stable financial resources.

  • Community Rate – A reduced rate for those with limited financial means.

  • Supporter Rate – Covers the true cost of the session and supports access for others.

This model honors both your needs and our collective care as a community. No matter which rate you select, you’ll receive the same presence, care, and embodied support throughout your grief journey.

One-on-one grief support sessions are held virtually, offering a private, compassionate space to explore loss, change, and life transitions at your own pace. Unlike conventional talk therapy, these trauma-informed sessions weave together somatic practices, mindfulness, and post-traumatic growth approaches, helping you connect with both the physical sensations and emotional experiences of grief.
