🌿 Wintering in Grief

A 4-Session Embodied Grief Circle

Wintering in Grief is a 4-session online circle (March 10, 12, 17, 19) for women navigating loss, life transitions, and the quieter seasons that follow.

Grief does not follow the calendar. As the world turns toward spring, many of us are still carrying winter in our bodies — fatigue, slowness, layered emotion, and a need for inwardness that can feel misunderstood.

This circle offers a steady, trauma-informed space to honor that season.

Through guided somatic practices, reflection, and compassionate witnessing, we explore grief as a nervous-system experience — not something to fix, but something to gently tend. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to be “further along,” and no rushing renewal.

Each session builds softly:

• Descent — Naming the season you’re in
• Regulation — Supporting the body through grief
• What’s Held — Honoring layered loss
• Integration + Turning — Noticing subtle shifts

Small group. Virtual. Replay included.

If winter is still present in your body, you are welcome here.
